We only sell digital products. No physical returns are possible.

Defective or non-conforming product

If the code does not work, does not match the description, or the content is defective, please contact us via the contact page, providing the order number, a description, and, if helpful, a screenshot without revealing full keys. We will investigate the issue and offer the remedies provided by legal guarantees, including bringing the product into conformity or, where appropriate, a price reduction or refund.

Change of mind

The right of withdrawal is governed by applicable regulations. For digital content provided immediately without physical media, this right is only lost if the customer has given their express consent and acknowledged the loss of the right in the legal terms. Otherwise, the applicable legal period will be respected.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise legally agreed, and within the applicable legal period. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
