We exclusively sell software, activation keys, and other digital content without physical media. Each product page specifies the applicable features, compatibility, duration, and licensing terms. The buyer must check the technical requirements before purchasing.
Orders and payment
Prices and applicable taxes are displayed before confirming the order. The purchase is finalized upon confirmation of payment, subject to the indicated security and availability checks.
Digital delivery
After payment validation, the content or access instructions are normally sent immediately to the provided email address or made available digitally. Technical or verification delays may occur; in such cases, please contact customer support.
Cancellation and withdrawal
Cancellation may be requested before the content or key is provided. For the immediate provision of digital content not supplied on tangible media, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may be lost only if the legal requirements are met, including prior express consent to begin provision during that period, acknowledgment of the loss of the right, and corresponding confirmation. If these requirements are not met, the applicable statutory right will be respected.
Conformity and warranties
All mandatory statutory warranties for digital content and services remain fully applicable. If a key is invalid or the software does not conform, the consumer may request that it be brought into conformity and, where legally applicable, a price reduction or the termination of the contract and a refund. No provision limits the consumer's statutory rights.
Use of licenses
Use of the software is subject to the license terms of the rights holder, which are communicated to the buyer where applicable. Compatibility with systems that do not meet the stated requirements is not guaranteed.
